Notification emails: Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

The shipping timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.

• If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. Delivery will vary based on your destination.
• If your item is not currently in stock, we will estimate your items shipping date before you place your order. We do not bill you until your order is ready to ship.
• If you have ordered multiple items with different ship readiness dates, you may receive separate shipments.
• Depending on shipment and delivery conditions, your order may ship when all items are ready to ship.

Undeliverable Packages

If you missed your delivery, here’s what will happen:

1. You will receive an email telling you when and where you can pick up the goods. For some items, the carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment or confirm order pickup.
2. Your order will either go to a nearby post office location or a carrier depot.
3. When you pick up your order, make sure you reference your order number and have a valid photo I.D.
4. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, the customer is required to contact rosetoy Inside Sales at service@rosetoyofficial-us.com to make other arrangements to avoid additional shipping charges.
5. If making a purchase for someone as a gift, it may be a good idea to notify him/her about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which lead to a refusal of the package. Please note; larger items will require a signature. If a signature can not be captured, the item will be deemed undeliverable.

Damaged Packaging Due To Shipping

Please remember to fully inspect the carton and physical product for any damage before accepting the shipment. If the product is damaged in any way, please reject the delivery and notify the inside sales team at service@rosetoyofficial-us.com to make other arrangements.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Rose Toy Official and offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. If you aren't satisfied with the product, please first contact us at service@rosetoyofficial-us.com to learn how to troubleshoot the problem. Be sure to include your order number and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Based on health considerations, returns are only accepted when items are **brand new and unopened.

Returns & Exchanges Process 

1. Please contact us first via customer service email: service@rosetoyofficial-us.com.

2. Please attach the order number, your email, and the reason for return or exchange on the return note, and ship it back to our warehouse.
3. We will process a refund or exchange within 7 workdays after we confirm receiving your parcel.

⚠️ PS: Please do not privately return to the address on the package. Always contact us first to avoid unnecessary trouble.
Freight should be paid by your side and customs clearance should be included to avoid being stuck in customs.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placement, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Our warehouse usually processes and ships orders within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
If the cancellation request is made before shipping, and within the allowed time frame, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.

Non-returnable & Non-refundable Products

* Underwear or adult products that have been opened
* Items received more than 14 days ago

Refund Processing Time

* We will process the refund within **7 workdays** after receiving the returned package.

Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., wrong purchase, no longer wanted), the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.
If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., damaged goods, wrong items sent), we will cover the shipping cost, and you will not bear any additional fees.
Freight, taxes, and insurance are not refundable.
No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer.
